Where do you enter codes?

In the lobby menu, not inside a chapter. Chapters have no code field of their own.

What do the codes give?

Spirits and revive credits. Revive credits let you continue after a death, which is the more useful half in a chapter-based horror game.

Why are all of them from 2025?

Because this game has not issued a new string in a year. The developer used delay-apology codes through late 2025 and then stopped.
