Inside the Safety Hub on Adoption Island, the building flanked by the grocery store and the accessory shop. It is not reachable from the main menu.

Do Adopt Me codes give pets or Bucks?

Historically both. Older strings paid 70 to 200 Bucks or a one-hour 2x Aging boost; the current sticker code pays a cosmetic instead.

Why do people say Adopt Me codes never work?

Because the pool is tiny and rotates fast. A list showing eight working strings for this game is almost certainly carrying dead entries from 2023 and 2024.
