Read the names in the retired list and a pattern appears: GAMEBROKE, REACTORDELAY, LIL30MINUTEDOWNTIME, SORRYTHURSDAY, BLOXSTRIKERESTARTISSUE, MYFAULTYALL, OCTOBER_DOWNTIME. Almost every string this game issued in 2026 was compensation for something breaking.

That is not a criticism — it is actually good developer behaviour, and it explains the payout sizes. 35 credits, 50 credits, 75 credits: enough to say sorry, not enough to distort the economy.

Why the pool looked generous and was not

RoCodes listed sixteen strings as active through September, which reads like a healthy game. Cross-check against in-game tests and most of them were already dead — the October 30 pass moved four to expired in one sitting and left five unconfirmed.

The lesson generalises beyond this game: a long list is not evidence of a live pool. It is evidence that nobody has retested recently.

What September told us about October

Nothing arrived. September was the third consecutive month without a new promotional code, and the October retest confirmed the older entries were mostly gone.
