Murderers VS Sheriffs in September: Nine Strings, Four Survivors

Back in late August and early September, the Murderers VS Sheriffs list looked healthier than it does now. One tracker logged nine working strings on August 28: GAME, HOTEL, BACK, 1BVISITS, and a cluster of five mode codes — 1vs1, 2vs2, 3vs3, 4vs4 and DUELS.

What that September list actually contained

The mode codes are the interesting part. Each one unlocked a reward tied to a specific duel bracket, which is why they were released together and why lists copied all five as a block. They were also the first to go: by the October check no tracker carried them, and the only trace left is the archived August page.

That pattern repeats across this game. Bracketed, event-specific strings die with their event; the generic money codes outlive them by months.

Survivors and casualties

Four of the nine survived into autumn. GAME (2,500 Coins) and BACK (1,000 Coins) are still confirmed. HOTEL and 1BVISITS are the split cases — HOTEL is now confirmed active, while 1BVISITS has one tracker testing it as dead and two sites still listing it.

So the September list was roughly 55% real six weeks later. That is actually a decent survival rate for a Roblox PvP game, and it tells you something useful: strings without an event attached (GAME, BACK) are the ones worth pasting first.

What September players should have done

The same thing October players should do now: redeem everything in one sitting rather than saving codes for later. There is no bank in this game and no comeback mechanic — a code you leave for next week is a code you may not get.

Also worth noting for anyone reading old guides: the redemption field has moved around. Guides from spring put it in Settings; some summer guides said Inventory. If a string fails in one menu, try the other before concluding it expired.

How this compares to October

October is leaner but more reliable. Five confirmed codes, with the two contested ones clearly labelled instead of being mixed into the active list. Fewer strings, less guessing.

  2. 2Click the gear icon in the top-left corner to open Settings.
  3. 3Scroll to the very bottom of the Settings panel — the code field is below the last slider, not at the top.
