Animal Hospital (Anomaly) Codes (September 2026)

Animal Hospital (Anomaly) launched on 10 May 2026, and September was its fifth month live. No redeem code was confirmed during it. The three strings we currently track — NEWGAME, FREEPET and SPECTER — were first logged on 27 October 2026, five weeks after the period this article covers.

So this is the September record, not a paste-ready list.

What September actually paid out

Animal Hospital is a short-shift survival game built on spotting anomalies, and its rewards come from finishing shifts rather than from a code field:

• Shift completion — clearing a shift pays currency, and spotting an anomaly correctly is what raises the payout.
• Event windows — limited periods with boosted rewards, applied automatically.
• Cosmetic unlocks — earned through play.

There is no gift box and no codes menu that we could find in the build during September.

The three October strings

NEWGAME, FREEPET and SPECTER all appeared on 27 October. Their listed rewards are vague — the game shows the actual items only when you redeem — and all three are single-source reports, which is why none is marked confirmed. A code named FREEPET promising a free pet is exactly the kind of string that spreads on reputation alone, so it stays in the worth-a-try bucket until a second tracker agrees.

What to do with them

Paste each once in the in-game settings panel. If one fails, it was either closed or never real. Do not enter them on a third-party site.
